TONGGUAN GOLD (00340.HK): Included in Stock Connect securities list effective 7 September
NewTimeSpace News: On 7 September 2026, Tongguan Gold Group Limited (stock code: 00340) voluntarily announced that, pursuant to (i) the "Notice on the Adjustment of Eligible Securities under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect" published by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 4 September 2026 and (ii) the "Announcement on the Adjustment of the Eligible Securities List under the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect" published by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 7 September 2026, the Company's shares have been included in the securities lists under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively, "Stock Connect"), effective from 7 September 2026.
The Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect are stock market trading interconnectivity mechanisms between Mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, under which the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange respectively establish technical connections with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, enabling investors in Mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to buy and sell eligible shares listed on each other's markets through local securities firms or brokers.
