TONGGUAN GOLD(00340.HK): Completes Partial Conversion of Convertible Bonds, Allots 6 Million New Shares

NewTimeSpace News,TONGGUAN GOLD completed the partial conversion of convertible bonds on January 28 in accordance with the notice from the bondholder. It allotted 6 million new shares at a conversion price of HK$1.1 per share, corresponding to the converted bond principal of HK$6.6 million.

NewTimeSpace News: TONGGUAN GOLD(00340.HK) received a conversion notice from Tongfei Investment Co., Ltd. on January 28, 2026. The latter has exercised the conversion right of the convertible bonds and partially converted the bonds with a total principal of HK$6.6 million.

The conversion price for this time is HK$1.1 per share. Pursuant to this, Tongguan Gold allotted and issued 6 million new shares to the bondholder on January 28, 2026. After the completion of the conversion, the remaining outstanding principal amount of the original convertible bonds with a total value of HK$33 million is HK$26.4 million.
