CIRC (01763.HK): Coupon rate of sci-tech innovation corporate bonds (Tranche 1) set at 1.50%

NewTimeSpace News: On 3 September 2026, China Isotope & Radiation Corporation (stock code: 01763) announced that the coupon rate of its 2026 public offering of sci-tech innovation corporate bonds to professional investors (Tranche 1) has been determined at 1.50%. The issue size of Tranche 1 bonds is no more than RMB 500 million, with a tenor of three years, bond code 246015.SH and short name "26 Tongfu K1".

Registered with the CSRC under the approval document Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2024] No. 1250, the Company publicly issues sci-tech innovation corporate bonds to professional investors with an aggregate amount of no more than RMB 1 billion, in tranches. On 3 September 2026, the issuer and the lead underwriter conducted bookkeeping of coupon rate inquiries to professional institutional investors offline, with an inquiry range of 1.20%-2.20%; based on the inquiry results and upon agreement between the issuer and the lead underwriter, the coupon rate of Tranche 1 bonds was finally set at 1.50%.

The issuer will issue Tranche 1 bonds offline to professional institutional investors on 4 September and 7 September 2026 at the above coupon rate.
