SSY GROUP (02005.HK): Trustee Purchases 1.2 Million Shares on Open Market

NewTimeSpace News: On 2 September 2026, SSY Group Limited (stock code: 02005) announced that, under the restricted share award scheme adopted on 27 December 2018 and funded by the Company's internal resources, the scheme trustee purchased an aggregate of 1,200,000 shares of the Company on the open market on 2 September 2026, to be held in trust for selected participants.

According to the announcement, the average consideration per share was approximately HKD 2.7187 (exclusive of expenses), with a total consideration of approximately HKD 3,262,400, representing approximately 0.041% of the total issued shares. Following the purchase, the trustee held a balance of 15,380,000 shares, representing approximately 0.521% of the total issued shares. The board will review from time to time and decide at its absolute discretion the number of shares to be granted to selected participants.
