SUNDY SERVICE (09608.HK): Subscribes to Fund for USD 4.5 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, Sundy Service Group Co. Ltd (stock code: 09608) announced that it has entered into a subscription agreement with Hillstone OFC to subscribe to the sub-fund Hillstone Vision Fund I, with a total subscription amount of USD 4.5 million, to be funded from the Group's internal resources.

According to the announcement, the sub-fund is managed by Hillstone Capital Limited, which is licensed by the SFC for Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities, with the Agricultural Bank of China Limited Hong Kong Branch acting as custodian; a subscription fee of up to 1%, an annual management fee of 1.5% (calculated monthly) and a redemption fee of 1% apply.
