SUNDY SERVICE(09608.HK): Subsidiaries Subscribe to RMB 25.9 Million Structured Deposits to Activate Idle Funds for Stable Returns
NewTimeSpace News: SUNDY SERVICE(09608.HK) announced in a notice on January 15, 2026, that its subsidiaries Hangzhou Qiyu and Zhejiang Hechen have separately signed subscription agreements with China Minsheng Bank. According to the notice, Hangzhou Qiyu subscribed to RMB 9.9 million of "Juying Gold - Binary Structured Deposit Linked to Gold AU9999 (Bullish)", with a product tenure of 91 days and an expected maturity annual interest rate of 1.0%-1.63%. The interest income is linked to the spot price of Au9999 gold on the Shanghai Gold Exchange.
Zhejiang Hechen subscribed to RMB 16 million of "Juying Exchange Rate - Structured Deposit Linked to EUR/USD Exchange Rate". This product operates on a 14-day cycle with no fixed tenure, and the expected maturity annual interest rate is 0.97%-1.53%, with interest income linked to the EUR/USD exchange rate.
SUNDY SERVICE stated that the funds for this subscription are all from the group's idle funds. The selection of such products is mainly based on three factors: first, the principal-guaranteed nature of the products with extremely low risk; second, more advantageous returns compared to the deposit rates of ordinary commercial banks; third, the short tenure that will not affect the group's operating working capital.
