SHANGHAI IND H (00363.HK): Enters Property Management Services Framework Agreement with Shanghai SIIC

NewTimeSpace News: On 1 September 2026, Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited (stock code: 00363) announced that its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Industrial Development entered into a property management services framework agreement with Shanghai SIIC (Group), under which the Shanghai Industrial Development group will provide property management services to the Shanghai SIIC group during the four-month period from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, with a cap on service fees of RMB 15.0 million.

According to the announcement, SIIC Group, the controlling shareholder holding approximately 63.16% of the issued share capital, is a connected person, and Shanghai SIIC, as its associate, makes the transaction a continuing connected transaction.
