NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177.HK) announced Board approval of a RMB 600 million capital injection into its clean energy subsidiary, to be paid over five years (RMB 40 million expected in 2026), raising its registered capital from RMB 2.0 billion to RMB 2.6 billion, with proceeds for fishery/crab-pond photovoltaic and wind power projects.

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 August 2026, Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited (stock code: 00177) announced that the Board has approved a capital injection into its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Yunshan Clean Energy Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., increasing its registered capital by RMB 600 million, to be paid in over five years with RMB 40 million expected in 2026; upon completion, the subsidiary's registered capital will increase from RMB 2.0 billion to RMB 2.6 billion, with the Company's 100% shareholding unchanged.

According to the announcement, the injection will be made in cash and paid in stages before 30 September 2031 based on project progress, with proceeds earmarked for benchmark fishery-photovoltaic and crab-pond-photovoltaic projects, transportation-energy integration development, and expansion of offshore and onshore wind power.
