JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177.HK): Issues 10th tranche of 2026 super short-term commercial paper of RMB 590 million at 1.41%

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited (stock code: 00177) issued an overseas regulatory announcement stating that the Company issued the 10th tranche of super short-term commercial paper (SCP) for 2026 on 11 August 2026, with an actual issue size of RMB 590 million, an issue rate of 1.41% and a tenor of 261 days. The SCP, abbreviated as 26 Ninghugao SCP010 with code 012682012, has an interest commencement date of 12 August 2026 and a maturity date of 30 April 2027, and was issued at a price of RMB 100 per RMB 100 face value.

In terms of subscription, the tranche received 6 compliant subscriptions with a compliant subscription amount of RMB 590 million, with both the highest and lowest bid rates at 1.41%; valid subscriptions numbered 6 with a valid subscription amount of RMB 590 million. China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited acted as bookrunner and lead underwriter, and Bank of Jiangsu Co., Ltd. acted as co-lead underwriter.

In this regard, the Company received the Registration Acceptance Notice (Zhongshixie Zhu (2024) SCP401) from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII) in December 2024, under which the Company may issue SCPs in tranches of no more than RMB 4 billion within two years from 30 December 2024. The current issuance is a tranche under such registered quota.
