TASTEGOURMET GP (08371.HK): Signs new lease at Harbour City to open its third San Roku Roku Pan restaurant in Hong Kong

NewTimeSpace News: On 27 August 2026, Taste Gourmet Group Limited (stock code: 08371) announced that the Group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed a new lease offer letter for the opening of a new San Roku Roku Pan restaurant in Hong Kong. The new lease offer letter remains subject to execution by the landlord.

According to the announcement, the new restaurant will be located at Shop OT G63A in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, with a lease term of three years and an effective date of 1 August 2026. The new restaurant is expected to commence operations in the third quarter of 2026, and it will be the Group's third San Roku Roku Pan restaurant in Hong Kong.

The announcement disclosed that the landlord is a major property developer and premium shopping mall operator in Hong Kong, and that, to the best of the Directors' knowledge after making all reasonable enquiries, the landlord is a third party independent of the Company as at the date of the announcement. The terms of the new lease agreement were determined after fair negotiation between the landlord and the Group, with reference to prevailing market rents for properties of similar type, age and location.

Harbour City, adjacent to the Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui, is the largest shopping mall in Hong Kong, with more than 450 shops, 80 food and beverage outlets and 3 hotels. In terms of the GEM Listing Rules, all applicable percentage ratios of the new lease agreement are below 5%, and the Company is therefore not required to comply with any disclosure requirements under Chapter 19 of the GEM Listing Rules.
