The four-year lease took effect on 1 July 2026, and the new outlet is scheduled to commence operation in the third quarter of 2026, marking the Group’s fourth Golden Dragon Teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong.
NewTimeSpace News: On 13 July 2026, Tastegourmet GP (08371.HK) issued a voluntary announcement. The Group, via its wholly-owned subsidiary, has signed a new tenancy agreement for Units G1014 and G1015 to operate a new Golden Dragon Teppanyaki restaurant in Taikoo Shing.
The tenancy term lasts for four years and commenced on 1 July 2026. The new restaurant is expected to officially open for business in the third quarter of 2026, becoming the Group’s fourth Golden Dragon Teppanyaki restaurant in Hong Kong.
As one of Hong Kong’s largest shopping centres, Taikoo Shing Centre covers a floor area of approximately 1.11 million square feet and is adjacent to Tai Koo MTR station with superior geographical location. The terms of the new tenancy agreement were determined through fair negotiation between the landlord and the Group, with reference to prevailing market rents for comparable properties.
