DAHON TECH (02543.HK): Proposed Implementation of H‑Share Full‑Circulation

NewTimeSpace News: DAHON TECH announced on August 26 that the Company’s Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the proposal to implement H‑share full‑circulation. A total of 13,231,759 unlisted domestic shares held by six domestic‑shareholders, representing approximately 40.35% of total issued shares, are proposed to be converted into H‑shares and applied for listing and trading on HKEX.

NewTimeSpace News: On August 26, 2026,DAHON TECH(02543.HK) announced that the Board reviewed and approved the H‑share full‑circulation proposal on August 26, 2026. It involves 13,231,759 unlisted domestic shares held by six domestic shareholders, accounting for about 40.35% of the total issued shares. Upon obtaining all relevant approvals including filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and complying with applicable rules, such shares will be converted into H‑shares for application of listing and trading on HKEX. The conversion and listing are subject to shareholders’approval by ordinary resolution at the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 15 September 2026.

According to the announcement, notwithstanding the implementation of H‑share full‑circulation, such shares shall not be sold or transferred within one year from the Company’s listing date pursuant to the Company Law. As of the date of the announcement, relevant conditions have not been satisfied and the Company has not yet submitted application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
