Following Ye Ka Mei’s resignation, Wong Nga Ting, the other Joint Company Secretary who holds the professional qualification for company secretary as required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, will remain in office and act as the sole Company Secretary on an interim basis to ensure the proper discharge of company secretarial duties.
