Chen Guoming was re‑designated from non‑executive director to executive director and appointed Chief Executive Officer. He also resigned as Chairman of the Board and ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee, and was appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. Dr. Brian Chang was appointed Chairman of the Board and member of the Audit Committee, and ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee.
According to the announcement, Mr. Zhang Ruinian has more than 20‑year experience in cardiovascular and medical‑device industry. Mr. Chen Guoming joined the Group in 2016 and possesses over 15‑years of R&D experience in valve‑related medical devices.
