CHINA ORAL IND (08406.HK): Appoints Wong Chiu Kit as executive director

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 August 2026, China Oral Industry Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 08406) announced that Mr. Wong Chiu Kit has been appointed as an executive director, with effect from 26 August 2026.

The announcement stated that Mr. Wong, aged 36, obtained a diploma in network engineering from Fujian University of Technology in 2014 and possesses extensive financial experience: he served as a fund manager of Xiamen Danjin Hengxin Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. from April 2021 to February 2022, and has served as general manager of Xiamen Juxiang Private Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) since April 2022, responsible for overall company management, team and institutional building, compliance and operations, external resource development and investment business management. Mr. Wong has entered into an appointment letter with the Company with an initial term of three years, effective from 26 August 2026, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the annual general meetings in accordance with the Company's articles of association; his director's fee is HKD 40,000 per month, recommended by the remuneration committee and approved by the board having regard to his duties and responsibilities, relevant experience and prevailing market conditions, subject to annual review by the board.
