Based on the available unaudited management accounts and preliminary estimates, the Group expects total loss and comprehensive income attributable to owners for the first half‑year to be approximately RMB 590 million, compared with a loss of roughly RMB 50 million in the corresponding period of last year, representing an increase in loss of RMB 540 million. The substantial widening of loss is mainly attributable to a sharp year‑on‑year drop in sales volume of Kewei, its core product for influenza treatment.

According to the announcement, Ologliptin Capsules and Degludec Injection, two Class‑1 innovative drugs independently developed by the Group, have obtained marketing approval in China. Glargine Injection has secured US FDA approval and commenced commercial shipments overseas.
