CMA LOGISTICS (01292.HK): changes English company name and stock short name, to trade as "CM LOGISTICS" from 27 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 August 2026, Chongqing Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd. (stock code: 01292) announced that its English name has been changed from "Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd." to "Changan Minsheng Logistics Co., Ltd.", with the Chinese name and stock code remaining unchanged. The special resolution for the change of English name was duly passed by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 30 June 2026, and the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued the Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company to the Company on 6 August 2026.

According to the announcement, the English stock short name of the Company's shares traded on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "CMA LOGISTICS" to "CM LOGISTICS", effective from 9:00 a.m. on 27 August 2026, with the Chinese stock short name and existing stock code "1292" remaining unchanged. The change of English name will not affect any rights of shareholders, and all existing share certificates bearing the current name will continue to be valid as certificates of title to the shares.
