Changan Minsheng Logistic (01292.HK): Expected Net Profit for First Half to Drop by Approximately 39.73% to 51.78% Year-on-Year
NewTimeSpace News: On 4 August 2026, Changan Minsheng Logistic (01292.HK) issued a profit warning. Based on preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated financial information, the Group expects revenue for the first half to stand between RMB4.45 billion and RMB4.6 billion, growing by roughly 6.89% to 10.5% year-on-year; net profit attributable to owners of the Company is estimated at RMB20 million to RMB25 million, declining by approximately 39.73% to 51.78% compared with the same period last year.
According to the announcement, the substantial drop in net profit is mainly caused by changes in the business mix of key customers. Domestic business volume fell while export business rose, resulting in lower volumes of the Group’s higher-margin domestic finished vehicle transportation and auto parts warehousing & logistics distribution businesses, which dragged down the overall gross profit margin.
