NewTimeSpace News: On 20 August 2026, AEON Credit Service (Asia) Company Limited (stock code: 00900) announced that, following its announcement on 19 August 2026 regarding the public float, it was informed that FMR LLC's interests in the Company's shares had been further changed: after selling an aggregate of 42,000 shares on-market on 14 August 2026 (representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued shares), FMR LLC's deemed interests aggregate 41,849,086 shares, representing approximately 9.99% of the total issued shares.
According to the announcement, as a result, FMR LLC is no longer a substantial shareholder or core connected person of the Company, and its deemed interests can be counted towards the public float; the Company's public float has been restored from approximately 19.57% to approximately 29.57%, exceeding the specified percentage required under Rule 13.32B(1) of the Listing Rules.
