OCI INTL (00329.HK): Lu Yongren Resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director; Zhu Junming Appointed Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 August 2026, OCI International Holdings Limited (stock code: 00329) announced that Dr. Lu Yongren has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to personal business arrangements, ceasing to be chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit and nomination committees with effect from the same day. Dr. Lu confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board. Independent non-executive director Mr. Li Xindan has been appointed as chairman of the remuneration committee.

Mr. Zhu Junming has been appointed as an executive director on the same day. Mr. Zhu, aged 47, has over 20 years of experience in financial management, company secretarial, audit and corporate governance. He joined the Company as CFO in March 2025 and was appointed Company Secretary in July 2026, having previously served as company secretary and authorised representative of Bai Neng International Energy Holdings (stock code: 08132) and Zhanxuan Holdings (stock code: 01808). His annual salary is HKD 660,000 under a three-year service contract.
