Mr. Mai Qifeng, the Company Secretary, resigned from the positions of Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent effective 24 July. He confirmed there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors.

On the same date, Mr. Zhu Junming was appointed as the Company Secretary, Authorised Representative and Process Agent.
