TRANSTECH (09963.HK): stock short name to be changed to "TRANSTECH OPTEL" and "高科桥光导", effective 26 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 18 August 2026, Transtech Optelecom Science Holdings Limited (stock code: 09963) announced that the English stock short name of its ordinary shares traded on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited will be changed from "TRANSTECH" to "TRANSTECH OPTEL", and the Chinese stock short name will be changed from "高科桥" to "高科桥光导", effective from 9:00 a.m. on 26 August 2026.

According to the announcement, the change aims to present the Company's business nature more clearly to the public, and the stock code remains 9963 unchanged.
