GOLDEN FAITH GP (02863.HK): appoints Tian Shisheng as Executive Director, effective 18 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 August 2026, Golden Faith Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 02863) announced that Mr. Tian Shisheng has been appointed as an Executive Director, effective 18 August 2026. Mr. Tian, aged 45, has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications, internet and financial sectors, having held R&D and management positions at well-known telecommunications and internet companies, and served successively as Deputy General Manager of the Internet Finance Business Department, General Manager of the Major Asset Allocation Department, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Shanghai Asset Management Branch, General Manager of the Guangdong Branch and General Manager of the Strategic Client Department at Lianchu Securities Co., Ltd.; from September 2024 to June 2026, he served as Chairman of Zhengping Road & Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. (603843.SH).

According to the announcement, Mr. Tian has entered into a service contract with the Company for his Executive Director position, initially for a term of one year with automatic renewal, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at annual general meetings under the Company's Articles of Association, with an annual salary of HKD 3,000,000, reviewed and recommended by the Remuneration Committee.
