ORBUSNEICH (06929.HK): Lau Kwai Ching appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer, management changes effective 17 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 August 2026, OrbusNeich Medical Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 06929) announced changes to its chief officers, effective 17 August 2026. Executive Director Ms. Lau Kwai Ching has been appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer, jointly holding the position with Chairman Mr. Chin Wing Han, and will cease to serve as Chief Operating Officer.

According to the announcement, Ms. Lau, aged 52, has over 27 years of experience in legal, business operations and management, and is the spouse of Chairman Mr. Chin Wing Han; Mr. Chan, aged 45, has approximately 23 years of experience in audit, accounting and corporate finance, and is a practicing senior accountant in Hong Kong, Washington State and Delaware, as well as a CFA charterholder; Ms. Chan, aged 51, has over 28 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit and corporate management.
