XINYI SOLAR (00968.HK): Executive Director and CFO Zhu Canhui to Retire; Lin Zhiguang to Succeed

NewTimeSpace News: On 14 August 2026, Xinyi Solar Holdings Limited (stock code: 00968) announced that Mr. Zhu Canhui will retire as executive director due to personal reasons, with effect from 31 August 2026, and will resign as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary on the same day, ceasing to be one of the authorised representatives under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Mr. Zhu confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board.

Mr. Lin Zhiguang has been appointed as CFO and Company Secretary, also serving as an authorised representative, with effect from 1 September 2026. Mr. Lin, aged 43, joined the Group as senior finance manager in October 2023 and previously spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, accumulating 13 years of auditing and accounting experience. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
