DATANG RENEW (01798.HK): RMB 2 Billion Super-Short-Term Commercial Paper to Be Repaid on 21 August

NewTimeSpace News: On 13 August 2026, China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited (stock code: 01798) announced that it will start paying the principal and interest of its 2026 third tranche of super-short-term commercial paper (short name 26 Datang Xinneng SCP003, code 012681043) on 21 August 2026.

The tranche has a total issuance amount of RMB 2.0 billion, a tenor of 122 days and a coupon rate of 1.38%, with a repayment date of 21 August 2026 and a total repayment amount of RMB 2,009,225,205.48. The repayment funds will be transferred to bondholders' accounts through Shanghai Clearing House.
