For July 2026, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded contracted sales of approximately RMB 850 million, contracted sales GFA of approximately 61,300 sq.m., and an average contracted selling price of approximately RMB 13,900 per sq.m.
On a cumulative basis, from 1 January 2026 to 31 July 2026, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded cumulative contracted sales of approximately RMB 8.99 billion, cumulative contracted sales GFA of approximately 737,500 sq.m., and a cumulative average contracted selling price of approximately RMB 12,200 per sq.m.
For projects under management (agency projects), the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded contracted sales of approximately RMB 260 million in July 2026, with contracted sales GFA of approximately 19,800 sq.m. and an average price of approximately RMB 13,100 per sq.m.; for the January-July period, cumulative contracted sales reached approximately RMB 1.75 billion, with cumulative GFA of approximately 144,500 sq.m. and a cumulative average price of approximately RMB 12,100 per sq.m.
