In May 2026, the Group and its joint ventures and associates achieved contracted sales of about RMB 1.73 billion, with a contracted gross floor area of around 176,200 square metres and an average selling price of RMB 9,800 per square metre. For entrusted construction projects, contracted sales totalled RMB 260 million, covering a gross floor area of 23,300 square metres.

From January to May 2026, the cumulative contracted sales stood at approximately RMB 6.4 billion, with a total gross floor area of 504,400 square metres and an average selling price of RMB 12,700 per square metre. The cumulative contracted sales of entrusted construction projects reached RMB 970 million, corresponding to a gross floor area of 89,500 square metres.
