NewTimeSpace News: On 10 August 2026, DAIDO GROUP LIMITED (00544.HK) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been satisfied and the subscription was completed on 10 August 2026. The subscriber successfully subscribed for 10 million shares at HK$1.00 per share, accounting for approximately 16.50% of the enlarged issued share capital.

According to the announcement, upon completion of the subscription, the Company’s issued share capital was enlarged from approximately 50.615 million shares to around 60.615 million shares. The subscriber holds 16.50%, and other public shareholders collectively hold 83.50%.
