DAIDO GROUP (00544.HK): Subscription for New Shares Under General Mandate to Raise HK$10 Million

It proposes to allot and issue 10 million new shares at HK$1 per share, raising gross and net proceeds of approximately HK$10 million, which will be used for the Group’s general working capital.

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 July 2026, DAIDO GROUP (00544.HK) issued an announcement that the Company has entered into a subscription agreement with Victoria Sight Capital Group Limited, the subscriber. The Company plans to allot and issue 10 million new shares at HK$1 each. The net proceeds from the issue will be around HK$10 million, intended for the Group’s general working capital.

As stated in the announcement, the shares will be issued under the general mandate without the need for shareholders’approval. Approximately 10,123,091 shares remain available for issuance under such mandate.
