NewTimeSpace News: China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited (01432.HK) announced that due to non‑compliance with the minimum public float requirement under Listing Rule 13.32B and the condition of severe shortfall in public float under Listing Rule 13.32F, the stock short name will be changed to “CHINASHENGMU‑PF” in English and “中国圣牧‑PF” in Chinese, effective from 9:00 a.m. on 5 August 2026. The stock code “1432” remains unchanged. The suffix will be removed once the Company re‑complies with relevant requirements.

As the Company fails to satisfy the minimum public float requirement under Listing Rule 13.32B and triggers the severe shortfall in public float condition under Listing Rule 13.32F, with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 5 August 2026, the stock short name for trading on HKEX will be revised from “CHINA SHENGMU” to “CHINASHENGMU‑PF” in English, and from “中国圣牧” to “中国圣牧‑PF” in Chinese. The stock code “1432” stays unchanged.

The designated suffix attached to the stock short name will be removed after the Company demonstrates to HKEX and announces that it has re‑complied with the relevant provisions.
