BAIYUNSHAN PH(00874.HK): Subsidiary Zhongyi Pharmaceutical Obtains Revised Drug Production Licence with Removal of Production Site and Change of Production Person‑in‑Charge
NewTimeSpace News: Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Co., Ltd. (00874.HK) released an overseas regulatory announcement on 4 August 2026. Its subsidiary Guangzhou Baiyunshan Zhongyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has obtained theDrug Production Licenceratified and issued by Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration, approving changes to the production person‑in‑charge, as well as removal of production sites, production scopes and workshop production lines for Zhongyi Pharmaceutical.
The production person‑in‑charge is changed from “Ye Bin” to “Yang Chao”. The removed production site is “Qixinggang, Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou”, alongside the corresponding workshop production line “TCM pre‑treatment and extraction (oral preparation) production line of Nancun Extraction Workshop” and the production scope “shared TCM pre‑treatment and extraction workshop”.
Zhongyi Pharmaceutical holds licence number Yue 20160046 with classification code AhzxBzCz, valid until 29 March 2030. Its existing production sites include No.32 Yunpu 1st Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou; South Zhenxing Road, Phase‑II Industrial Park, Chaozhou City; No.4 South Chuangye Avenue, Conghua Mingzhu Industrial Park, Guangzhou, and others.
The Company stated that the revision is made in response to internal capacity adjustment requirements. It will not impact the production operations of Zhongyi Pharmaceutical and will have no material impact on the Company’s current‑period financial performance.
