Touyun Biotech (01332.HK): Appointment of Zhou Ruijuan as Executive Director and Vice Chairman

NewTimeSpace News: Touyun Biotech Group Limited (01332.HK) announced that Ms. Zhou Ruijuan has been appointed as Executive Director and Vice Chairman with effect from 3 August 2026, responsible for the development of the Group’s new materials business. Ms. Zhou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Lanzhou University and possesses over ten years of senior management experience in the technology and data service industries.

NewTimeSpace News: Touyun Biotech Group Limited released an announcement on 3 August 2026. Ms. Zhou Ruijuan has been appointed as Executive Director and Vice Chairman, in charge of the development of the Group’s new materials business, effective 3 August 2026.

Aged 43, Ms. Zhou Ruijuan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Lanzhou University. She has more than ten years of senior management experience in the technology and data service sectors and currently serves as a director of several subsidiaries of the Group. Ms. Zhou is the founder and Chairperson of Fusion Times (Chongqing) New Materials Technology Co., Limited, and has been responsible for its strategic planning, team building and business development since March 2025. She previously served as General Manager of Chongqing Hailiang Internet Technology Co., Limited and General Manager of Dayan (Beijing) Technology Co., Limited.

Ms. Zhou has entered into a three-year service contract with the Company and is entitled to monthly director’s remuneration of HK$100,000. Her appointment will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the Company’s forthcoming annual general meeting.
