NewTimeSpace News: Lee's Pharmaceutical announced on 30 July that the Investigational New Drug (IND) application filed by the Group in China for its proprietary ADC asset ZK2401 has been accepted by the Center for Drug Evaluation of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA).

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 July 2026, Lee's Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (00950.HK) issued an announcement. The IND application submitted by the Group for ZK2401 in China has been accepted by NMPA. ZK2401 is a proprietary ADC independently developed by the Group with full global intellectual property rights.

As disclosed in the announcement, this drug is built upon the self-developed anti-PD-L1 antibody Socazolizumab conjugated with a novel topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, designed to precisely identify and eliminate tumour cells.
