Lee's Pharmaceutical Holdings (00950.HK): Enters Exclusive Licence Agreement with Ashlins for Interferon Alpha-2b for Regions Outside Greater China

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 July 2026, Lee's Pharmaceutical Holdings (00950.HK) issued an announcement stating that the Company signed an exclusive licence agreement with Ashlins Ocular Pharmaceuticals on 6 July 2026.

Pursuant to the agreement, Lee's Pharmaceutical Holdings will license and supply Interferon Alpha-2b to Ashlins for the latter to develop and commercialise medicines for diagnosing, preventing or treating certain human diseases across all territories excluding Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The Company will receive an upfront payment, plus additional development milestone payments upon achievement of specified targets and annual commercial milestone payments post-commercialisation.
