NewTimeSpace News: On 30 July 2026, MicroPort NeuroScienti c Corporation (02172.HK) released an announcement stating that the Artemis Dream® Self-expanding Intracranial Sirolimus-eluting Stent System, developed by the Group’s subsidiary MicroVention Shentong Medical Technology (Shanghai), has been admitted to the NMPA special review procedure for innovative medical devices.

As disclosed in the announcement, this product is China’s first self-expanding intracranial arterial stent with targeted drug delivery. Adopting a self-expanding stent structural design to strike a balance between mechanical support and long-term prognosis, it integrates a "single-sided grooved" targeted drug loading technology. The system releases drugs directionally only toward the vascular wall, which helps inhibit intimal hyperplasia, accelerate endothelialization and shorten the postoperative dual antiplatelet medication cycle.
