RKPFOV: Further Defers Distribution Payment on 7.75% Senior Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, RKPFOV announced that it has elected to defer the distribution and arrears of distribution on its 7.75% senior guaranteed perpetual capital securities, originally scheduled for payment on May 18, 2026.

It is understood that the Issuer had previously elected to defer distributions on three occasions: in November 2024, May 2025, and November 2025. This deferral is made pursuant to Conditions 8(D)(i) and 8(D)(iv) of the securities.
