NewTimeSpace News: On 28 July 2026, Inkeverse Group Limited (03700.HK) issued an announcement. Mr. Hou Guangling tendered his resignation as Executive Director to spare more time for personal matters and confirmed there is no disagreement between him and the Board of Directors.
Mr. Liu Zhiqiang was appointed Executive Director on the same day. According to the announcement, Mr. Liu has served as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer effective 28 July 2026. Since 2015, he has led the R&D of the core technical architecture for Inke Live Streaming and driven the implementation of technology middle office, Web3, AI and other technologies. He previously worked as a senior technical engineer at Beijing Duomi Online.
