Inkeverse (03700.HK): Partial Completion of Subscription for New Shares Under General Mandate

NewTimeSpace News: Inkeverse announced on July 2 that the preconditions under six subscription agreements have been satisfied, with partial completion effected on July 2. A total of 192,488,400 subscription shares have been allotted and issued, generating net proceeds of approximately HK$164 million intended for the purchase of high-performance GPUs and construction of GPU computing infrastructure.

NewTimeSpace News: On July 2, 2026, Inkeverse (03700.HK) announced partial settlement in respect of six subscription agreements, pursuant to which an aggregate of 192,488,400 subscription shares were allotted and issued. After deducting relevant expenses, net proceeds amount to around HK$164 million, which are planned to be used for purchasing high-performance GPUs, building the Group’s GPU computing infrastructure, covering relevant working capital requirements and overseas team expenses.

On the same day, the Company entered into supplementary agreements with the remaining three subscribers to postpone the completion date for the remaining 195,000,000 subscription shares to no later than July 15.
