According to the agreement, the subscriber conditionally agreed to subscribe for in total 370 million shares subscription, which represent approximately 92.5% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement, and approximately 48.05% after the subscription.
The subscription price per share is HKD 0.14. The total proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be about HKD 51.8 million. After deducting the subscription commission, professional fees, and all related expenses that the company may incur, the net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 49.5 million.
