China International Development (00264.HK): JV Company's Subsidiary Enters Pre-Fabricated AIDC Module Procurement Contract; Fee Approximately US$24.98 Million

NewTimeSpace News: China International Development Corporation Limited (stock code: 0264) issued a voluntary announcement on July 26 regarding the entering into of a pre-fabricated artificial intelligence data center module procurement contract.

According to the announcement, on July 26, 2026, Ganic Synergy Company Limited (the "Service Company", a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Ganic Success Limited (the "JV Company"), which is in turn a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) as service provider, entered into a procurement contract (the "Procurement Contract") with Brightray Veridian PTE. LTD. (the "Customer"). As far as the directors are aware, having made all reasonable enquiries, the Customer and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties independent of the company and its connected persons.

The announcement stated that according to the Procurement Contract, the Service Company will provide procurement services (the "Procurement Services") to the Customer, including but not limited to (i) procuring pre-fabricated artificial intelligence data center ("AIDC") modules (including supporting components and accessories) (the "Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules") that meet the Customer's specific requirements for artificial intelligence data centers; (ii) arranging for the Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules to be transported to the designated port agreed between the Service Company and the Customer using standardized modular transportation, and the Customer will arrange for the Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules to be transported to the Customer's AIDC project site in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia (the "Site"); (iii) arranging acceptance testing of the Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules for the Customer; and (iv) arranging installation services for the Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules at the Site.

The announcement disclosed that according to the Procurement Contract, the parties agreed that the Service Company shall provide Procurement Services to the Customer at a fee of approximately US$24.98 million (equivalent to approximately HK$195.96 million).

The announcement stated that the global artificial intelligence ("AI") wave and the accelerated development of digitalization have driven the continuous expansion of the intelligent computing center and data center market, which serve as AI and digital computing power infrastructure. Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules represent the next leap in computing power infrastructure, specifically designed to accelerate international expansion. The announcement also disclosed that as stated in the company's announcement dated June 2, 2026, the JV Company was granted priority supply rights for Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules by Shanghai Deheng Data Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Strategic Partner"), enabling the JV Company to procure specific types of Pre-Fabricated AIDC Modules in a timely and efficient manner through its relationship with the Strategic Partner.

The announcement disclosed that successful performance of the Procurement Contract and fulfillment of warranty obligations will enhance the JV Company's track record in Pre-Fabricated AIDC Module supply, and accumulate valuable operational experience and market expertise for the Group in AI infrastructure development and high-performance computing. At the same time, the company's JV Company is in close consultation with the Customer regarding remaining orders for the Customer's project.
