NewTimeSpace News: On 14 September 2026, Values Cultural Investment Limited (stock code: 01740.HK) announced that Mr. Miao Jian has been appointed as an executive director and co-chief executive officer of the Company with effect from 14 September 2026. Mr. Miao, aged 63, obtained a master's degree in economics from Nankai University in the PRC in July 1991 and a doctorate in economics from Nankai University in July 2002, has extensive experience in investment and business management, and has held various directorship and senior management positions since June 1998.
The announcement disclosed that Mr. Miao has entered into a service agreement with the Company for an initial term of three years commencing on 14 September 2026, terminable by either party giving the other not less than one month's written notice in accordance with the terms of the service agreement and subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at general meetings under the Company's articles of association; Mr. Miao will not receive any director's fee or chief executive officer's remuneration. Mr. Miao is currently also a director and general manager of Shenzhen Xinshixin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Following the change, Ms. Cai Xiaoxin, the current chief executive officer of the Company, will serve as co-chief executive officer together with Mr. Miao with effect from 14 September 2026.
