Auntea Jenny (02589.HK): Completes H-Share Full Circulation; 35.256 Million Domestic Unlisted Shares Converted to H Shares for Trading Tomorrow

NewTimeSpace News: On July 22, Auntea Jenny announced that 35,255,992 domestic unlisted shares were converted into H shares on July 22, 2026, and such converted H shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on July 23, 2026. Upon completion of H-share full circulation, the Company's H shares increased from 59,426,726 to 94,682,718, with the proportion of total issued shares rising from 56.49% to 90.00%; domestic unlisted shares decreased from 45,776,294 to 10,520,302, with the proportion falling from 43.51% to 10.00%. The total share capital remained unchanged at 105,203,020 shares. The relevant articles of association amendments were approved at the fourth extraordinary general meeting in 2025.

The Board is pleased to announce that 35,255,992 domestic unlisted shares were converted into H shares on July 22, 2026, and such converted H shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on July 23, 2026.

Regarding shareholding structure, immediately prior to the completion of conversion and listing, H shares were 59,426,726, representing 56.49% of the Company's total issued shares; domestic unlisted shares were 45,776,294, representing 43.51%. Immediately following the completion of conversion and listing, H shares increased to 94,682,718, representing 90.00% of the Company's total issued shares; domestic unlisted shares decreased to 10,520,302, representing 10.00%. The total number of shares remained unchanged at 105,203,020.

The proposal regarding the adoption of the "Articles of Association of Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd." to take effect after the circulation of domestic unlisted shares was approved at the Company's fourth extraordinary general meeting in 2025.
