On June 29, 2026, Auntea Jenny (Shanghai) Industrial Co., Ltd. (02589.HK) announced that the Board has received the filing notice from the CSRC regarding the implementation of H-share full circulation. According to the filing notice, the Company has completed the filing with the CSRC for the implementation of H-share full circulation for a total of 35,255,992 unlisted domestic shares. The filing notice is valid for 12 months from June 22, 2026. The Company will apply to the HKEX for approval of the listing and trading of the relevant H shares.
