Paladin (00495.HK): Delisting Approved

NewTimeSpace News: On 22 July 2026, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) announced that the listing status of Paladin (00495.HK) will be cancelled starting from 9:00 a.m. on 27 July 2026. Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 27 November 2024.

As stated in the announcement, pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, Paladin was required to resume trading on or before 26 May 2026; otherwise, HKEX would be entitled to delist the company. Having failed to comply with the resumption guidance set by the Exchange, the Listing Committee resolved to cancel its listing status on 10 July 2026.
