HS Optimus Holdings Completes Acquisition of 30% Stake in Medicorp Sdn Bhd

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 July 2026, HS Optimus Holdings issued an announcement stating that all preconditions under the sale and purchase agreement for the acquisition of a 30% stake in Medicorp Sdn Bhd have been satisfied in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and the acquisition was finalised on 20 July.

Upon completion, the Company allotted and issued 185,185,185 consideration shares to the vendor. The Company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose from 5,380,556,316 to 5,565,741,501, with the consideration shares accounting for approximately 3.32% of the enlarged share capital.
