CHINASOFT INT'L (00354.HK): Signs Token Revenue Sharing & Joint Innovation Agreement with Moonshot AI, Co-establishes FDE Innovation Lab to Deploy Enterprise-Grade Agentic AI

NewTimeSpace News: On 20 July 2026, CHINASOFT INT'L (00354.HK) released a voluntary announcement. The Company recently formally signed the Token Revenue Sharing and Joint Innovation Cooperation Agreement under the "Moon Landing Initiative" with Beijing Moonshot AI Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides will carry out all-round in-depth cooperation on Agentic AI for enterprise services to facilitate the commercialisation of large language models.

CHINASOFT INT'L contributes its accumulated enterprise service scenarios and large-scale delivery capabilities, while Moonshot AI provides cutting-edge general LLM technologies. Relying on CHINASOFT INT'L’s AllMeta platform together with Moonshot AI’s K2.7 Code and K3 models as the technical foundation, the parties will jointly advance innovation and large-scale commercial rollout of enterprise agent technology across energy, power, finance and other sectors. They will co-build the FDE Innovation Lab, with the initial phase targeting the core energy and power industry. In terms of business model, a token revenue sharing mechanism will be adopted, under which both sides split earnings from token consumption and other derivative income proportionally.
