Kaisa Capital (00936.HK): Appointment of Song Wei as Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: On 16 July 2026, Kaisa Capital (00936.HK) issued an announcement that Mr. Song Wei has been appointed as Executive Director for a three-year term, effective 16 July.

According to the announcement, Mr. Song Wei has served as Executive Director of Kaisa Group, the controlling shareholder of the Company, since September 2024. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Kaisa Group and President of Shenzhen Group in September 2019. Having joined Kaisa Group in June 2010, he has held various positions including Assistant to General Manager of the President’s Office, Deputy General Manager of the Strategic Development Department, President of Shenzhen Urban Renewal Group and Vice President.
