NewTimeSpace News: On 16 July 2026, MiniMax(00100.HK) issued an announcement that the share placing was completed on 14 July. A total of 35,600,000 new Class A shares were placed at HK$268.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately HK$9.541 billion and net proceeds of about HK$9.444 billion.
Meanwhile, the issuance of zero-coupon secured convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$6.5 billion maturing in 2027 was finished on 16 July. The gross proceeds from the bond offering amounted to HK$6.5 billion, with net proceeds reaching roughly HK$6.433 billion.
