WellCell Holdings(02477.HK): Placing and Top-up Subscription Completed, Net Proceeds of Approximately HK$188 Million Raised

NewTimeSpace News: On 16 July 2026, WellCell Holdings(02477.HK) issued an announcement stating that the placing exercise was completed on 15 July. The placing agent placed an aggregate of 796 million placing shares at HK

$0.24 each to no less than six placees.

The top-up subscription transaction was finished on 16 July. The Company allotted and issued 796 million subscription shares to the vendor at the identical subscription price of HK$0.24 per share.

After deducting related expenses, the net proceeds amount to around HK$188 million. The funds are intended for the R&D of computing power service platforms, prepayment for computing power and model resources, self-built computing power clusters, and general operating and administrative expenses.
